INE was formed in 2015 by Mark Koops and Eric Day, two executive producers that have been at the cutting edge of creating innovative content for more than fifteen years.

The senior management team has a proven track record of identifying and then working with the leading industry talent both in front of and behind the camera. The trust from the talent has led to a number of successful on-air appearances as well as development collaborations with both traditional and emerging digital talent. Having started his career at WME Mark learned the importance of comprehensively packaging an idea before taking it to the marketplace. This remains very much a core focus in terms of identifying in front of and behind the camera collaborators to enhance a project and ensure sales success.
Mark and Eric were both successful building early digital businesses while at Reveille and Microsoft, respectively. This early recognition of a new world order is a fundamental underpinning of the INE business model. INE has looked to capitalize on those relationships and that experience by moving aggressively to form successful partnerships with emerging media buyers and helping establish the marketplace templates.
Having started his career at advertising and digital marketing agencies before running Microsoft’s Branded Entertainment Team, Eric has extensive brand relationships as well as experience building and managing a team that can deliver the necessary level of client management to generate repeat business. This track record has ensured we remain a go-to company for large media companies for concept ideation and high-margin production services.
